Polyurethane foam and mudjacking are both established ways to lift an existing slab. Replacement removes and repours it. The differences worth understanding are in materials, access, and disruption.

We look at the slab and the visible conditions around it — where it has settled, how it meets adjacent surfaces, and how water moves across the area — then talk through whether leveling looks appropriate and provide a written estimate.
We drill small injection holes and introduce high-density structural polyurethane foam beneath the slab. The foam expands to fill voids and, where the slab is a candidate, raises it toward grade.
Injection points are patched flush and the work area is cleaned up. Polyurethane systems can reach usable strength quickly, although actual return-to-use timing depends on the foam system and project conditions.
